Ralph Frasca
Ralph Frasca: Ralph Frasca is a Professor Emeritus of Economics at the University of Dayton, where he taught a wide range of courses in both the undergraduate and MBA programs. Ralph has co-authored personal finance textbooks that have been used in personal finance courses at many colleges and universities. Day Air Credit Union has done an excellent job of promoting financial literacy. Ralph is interested in furthering that goal by supporting the financial well-being of the Day Air membership during these difficult times of inflation and shortages. Unlike banks whose primary goal is to serve their business interests, credit unions were created to place their members first, he will ensure that Day Air continues to promote the interest of its members with innovative service and timely financial products in this rapidly changing financial environment. During the recent covid epidemic, Day Air has provided flexible financial alternatives to ease the burden of those hit hardest by the loss of employment. Ralph is committed to Day Air Credit Union and the wider Dayton community in its objective of serving a diverse and expanding membership. Ralph, and his wife, are long-time members of Dayton, having raised four children who graduated from local schools and colleges.

Brian K. Hayes*
He serves because he believes that Day Air has the pulse of the community they are a part of and that they are making positive changes in the lives of those in their community and have a lasting impact as well.
